Track Your Post

Posted an item with tracking or asked for a signature when it arrives?

You can track your parcel’s progress across all carriers online:

You’ll need the reference number on your Post Office receipt to track your items.

  • The reference number will be 9–27 characters long. It may be called a barcode or reference.
  • You can only track items with a reference number, not with a name, address or other details.
  • If you’ve lost your receipt or tear-off label, Royal Mail won’t be able to provide the reference number.

Track an Item Sent via Parcels Online

Items purchased through Parcels Online can also be tracked using the tracking reference provided at the time of purchase.
